Call for Artists!
2025 Art Submissions are now closed. Get in touch about donating to next year's event!
Support from the local art community has been the heart of this annual winter event for more than 25 years. Generous painters, sculptors, jewelers, photographers, potters, quilters, and more have donated gorgeous work for our auction, much of it inspired by local landscapes.
To show our support in return, a gallery exhibit at 3 Dots Downtown will feature the donated artwork on display for all to see for 6 weeks before the event.
We also feature a call for submissions to be our featured art for the event! In past years, we've used selected works as part of our invitation for Art & Chocolate, and we're continuing that tradition — adding in a special selection process in partnership with local art community leaders.
2025 Submissions are now CLOSED.
Please submit your work and information at the link below and drop off your artwork at:

About Art & Chocolate
ClearWater Conservancy’s 27th annual Art & Chocolate fundraiser was held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 3 Dots Downtown in State College. This signature winter event is a wonderful evening filled with friends, fun and chocolate! A key fundraiser for our organization since 1999, this event brings together local artists and local restaurants to support the conservation of open space in our community.
In 2021, the Art & Chocolate gala was re-envisioned as a more inclusive open house celebrating the diversity of artistic talent in our region. We are excited to continue this new format with a gallery exhibit featuring the work of local artists who have donated pieces to be sold in our online auction.

Thank you!
Thank you to the many local artists, restaurants, businesses, and individuals who donated items and made it possible to raise more than $31,000 for ClearWater Conservancy at the 2024 Art & Chocolate fundraising event!
Whether you participated in the auction, purchased a box of sweet treats, or visited the 3 Dots Downtown gallery, your support of ClearWater makes it possible to protect and conserve our region's woods, water, and wildlife, year after year.
If you weren't able to participate and would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to ClearWater Conservancy, please consider a one-time or monthly online donation!
Thank you!
Special thanks to the artists, restaurants, bakeries, sponsors, and makers who made this year's success possible!
